- Provides clinical and administrative leadership to the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) team.
- Serves as the Primary Care Optimization (PCO) team leader providing comprehensive outpatient care to beneficiaries ranging from newborn to geriatric age presenting with complex and interdependent acute and chronic conditions.
- Provides medical evaluations for active duty, reserve components, Department of Defense (DoD) civilian, and family member beneficiaries.
