Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a **Physician Assistant (PA)** to join our **Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery** team as a **First Assist** at **The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano** , with occasional floating to our Heart Hospitals in **Dallas and Frisco** .

**Position Overview**

The CV/CT Surgery First Assist PA will work closely with a collaborative, high-performing surgical team, providing perioperative care and first-assist support for cardiovascular and cardiothoracic procedures in a well-established heart program.

**Schedule**

+ **Monday–Friday** , typically **7:00 AM – 3:30 PM**
+ Schedule may vary when assigned to call

**Call Requirements**

+ **Rotating weekday call** (approximately once per week)
