The Department of State Police is seeking a Physical Training Manager to assist in ensuring consistent standardization of the physical training (PT) practices for the State Police Academy. This individual will assist with balancing the necessary levels of physical and mental stress in the academy setting while maintaining the highest level of standards of safety for recruits and cadets. The Physical Training Manager will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for enhancing the safety, quality and overall effectiveness of physical training delivered to State Police Recruits.
