**What You’ll Do**

+ Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department
+ Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises
+ Document progress notes accurately and timely
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and case management
+ Supervise rehab techs, and volunteers
