For more information, visit www.jobs.premisehealth.com. As a Part Time Physical Therapist, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Tyrone, GA. The scheduled hours are 20 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 8am-1pm or Two days, 8am-5pm and one day, 8am-12pm. Three years of experience required. 

What You’ll Do

Premise Health Physical Therapists work in collaboration with other Health Center staff members including, doctors, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, as well as community providers to promote health and wellness to onsite employees and their dependents
