Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington state license or ability to obtain Washington state PT license prior to assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred;
  candidate must be comfortable treating outpatient ortho patient population.
• Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and manage a caseload of about 12–14 patients per day, including follow-up double-booking.
