Job Description
The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting. This role delivers evidence-based, individualized care, closely monitors patient progress, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to help each patient achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities

+ Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

+ Provide therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training tailored to each patient’s needs.

+ Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response.
