Job Description
Provide quality care for patients receiving physical therapy services, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcomesComplete all required documentation (pre-certifications, physicians reports, daily notes, etc.) Evaluate and treat patients of all age and supervise assistants and aidesProvide excellent physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversightMaintain open and positive communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third party payRequired Skills & Abilities:Team player with leadership abilities.Strong organizational, time management, and clinical problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and reporting.License/Certification:Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist program.State licensure/registration as required.Active CPR certification
