**Type:** 3 + months, with potential for extension

**Pay Range:** $57 to $59/hr

**Location:** Coverage areas: Russellville- parts of Johnson, Logan, Yell and Pope counties

**Schedule:** 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday – Friday; 32 to 40 hours a week

· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

**Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:**

· Conduct PT evaluations and assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes.
