**Duties:**

+ Assess patients’ physical condition and mobility
+ Develop individualized treatment plans
+ Provide exercises to improve strength, balance, and movement
+ Help patients recover from injuries or surgery
+ Reduce pain and prevent further injury
+ Use therapy techniques (manual therapy, stretching, equipment)
+ Educate patients on exercises and home care
+ Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
+ Document therapy sessions and patient outcomes
+ Work with doctors and healthcare team

**Minimum Qualifications:**
