Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The Physical Therapist (PT) supports the treatment of illness and/or injury through the use of physical exercises and therapies, which assist in the rehabilitation and restoration of, body functions to promote maximum client wellness and independence. The incumbent provides therapy programs for patients of all ages with developmental deficits, physical injury or illness. Any position that has direct patient care is considered to be safety sensitive by Avem Health Partners' standards.
