Physical Therapist

Organize and conduct physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. Direct client participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for promoting independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology. Direct activities to promote and maintain health.

Member and partner of the patient care delivery team. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the philosophy and goals of the mission of Hebrew SeniorLife and recognize patient dignity and choice in aspects of daily life. Strive to make every encounter with patients/families into a positive and meaningful experience and opportunity, while providing safe and efficient quality of care.
