We are currently seeking a*Physical Therapist II *to join our outpatient ortho PT team at our downtown Clinic & Specialty Center. This role will work 9-hour days, with Thursdays off. Schedule includes Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

*Purpose of the position:*In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, discharge planning and education.

*_RESPONSIBILITIES_*

* Performs and documents comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
* Develops and documents patient care plans to promote optimal function and safety
* Observes, evaluates, and documents patient's progress
* Participates in hospital rounds and patient care conferences
* Educates patients and care givers on therapeutic techniques, cares and treatments
