Physical Therapist IHR-Rehab Services Mobile Huntley Casual Days

This is a casual position for our new Mobile OP PT service line which is outpatient physical therapy at the convenience of a patient's home. This role is flexible (can work mornings, evenings, weekends) and is caseload dependent.
