Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled **Physical Therapist** to join our Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation team part time. The ideal candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions. The therapist will collaborate with physicians, nurses, exercise physiologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to improve functional capacity, endurance, mobility, and quality of life.

The hours would be Monday , Wednesday, and Thursdays with flexible daytime hours (depends on volume) but appropriately 6 hours per day.
