**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Physical Therapist, you will organize and conduct medically prescribed therapy programs. Every day you will help patients reach their maximum performance while learning to live within their capabilities. + Patient Evaluation & Rehabilitation: Evaluates patients, designs, implements, and progresses rehabilitation programs, including clear home exercise plans
+ Documentation & Billing Accuracy: Ensures timely, complete, and accurate patient notes, certifications, and treatment instructions, adhering to QI criteria and reflecting services provided for billing
