+ Days Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm

**Requirements:**

+ **At least one year (12 months) of experience as a ** **Physical Therapist**
+ A valid and current **Therapist III** license issued by the State of **Virginia**
+ A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
