Department: OP Rehab Srvs
FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $22.54 - $33.81 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, treats patient population for therapy needs.
Responsibilities:
+ Implements treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities. Seeks consultation as necessary.
+ Monitors patient's responses to the treatment plan. Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist. Documents services provided and patient response/progress.
+ Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits and providing information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and community support programs. Assis...
