Summary THIS IS AN ARIZONA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is in the Excepted Service under the authority of Title V, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA). The purpose of this position is to serve as the single point of contact for the initiation, development, and execution of all environmental activities and development of regulatory guidance for an installation and its immediate geographic region, with a collaborative influence extending to a broader area.
