We are seeking an experienced Further Education lecturer to lead our UAL Level 3 Photography programmes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional pedagogical practice, strong empathy, and the ability to inspire students. They will bring valuable industry insight and have experience in designing an innovative and project-based curriculum that closely reflects real-world working practices. The role requires someone who can engage and support students, encouraging them to step beyond their comfort zones and develop their creative practice.
