Summary This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Photo Engraving Branch (Washington, DC Facility). As a Photoengraver (Electronic Pre-Press), you will employ a variety of electronic publishing software applications, digital hardware (e.g. computers, cameras, printers, etc.), and other related skills to produce the highest quality pre-press products and services to support the BEP's mission to produce banknote currency trusted worldwide. Responsibilities As a Photoengraver (Electronic Pre-Press), you will: Apply digital techniques to generate completed pre-press assignments using electronic publishing software and hardware. Perform work on production assignments in compliance with existing workflow and production procedures. Assist fellow Photoengravers with projects and training as needed.
