- To do direct trainings to employees
- Take charge of labor cost control
- Update Labor Law related law
- Manage procedure of disciplinary,
- Control procedure supporting foreigner laborers (work permit, residence, )
- Manage both RT team and CB to achieve operation objectives

REQUIREMENTS
- Education: University
- Major: Related 
- Language: English (Communication) and Japanese (Communication)
- Gender Age: Female from 30 years old
- Experiences: Manage both RT team and CB team
- Computing skills:  MS Office Proficiency
- Soft skills:  Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork, Calculation skill
- Characteristics : Strong, decisive, change mind-set
- Others: Report to Vietnamese GM and Japanese GM
