**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**As a phlebotomist, you are under close supervision. The Phlebotomist I perform skillful phlebotomy on the correct patient, utilizing knowledge of age-related factors, specimen requirements, specimen volume, aseptic technique and universal precautions.**
