The Phlebotomist I represents the face of the organization to patients and is responsible for collecting quality blood samples and preparing specimens for laboratory testing while following established procedures. This role involves direct patient interaction and requires creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by explaining procedures clearly and performing blood draws in a safe, accurate, and professional manner. The Phlebotomist I demonstrates leadership behaviors while maintaining a strong focus on confidentiality, accuracy, and process excellence. Requirement/Must Have: Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
