Job Description
Become a vital part of the Collections team as a Phlebotomist and Donor Service Expert, dedicated to safe blood collection. Deliver exceptional service while performing critical tasks associated with donor interactions.
This role involves conducting thorough eligibility screenings and performing venipuncture with precision. You will ensure donor comfort and safety, manage product information diligently, and support mobile clinic setups. Your strong interpersonal skills will play a crucial role in fostering a positive donor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the donor registration process
• Execute venipuncture following safety procedures
• Monitor donors and provide post-donation instructions
• Set up mobile donor equipment efficiently
• Drive process improvements in donor collection
Requirements:
• Completion of high school is mandatory
• Accredited phlebotomy program or one year’s experience
• Minimum of 3 years working with the public
