Role Overview

The Philippine Statutory Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compliance with all payroll-related statutory requirements in the Philippines. This role involves preparing and submitting government‑mandated contributions, reports, and filings for agencies such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and BIR. The specialist also manages employee‑related statutory updates, monitors regulatory changes, assists in year‑end processes, and coordinates with internal teams, service partners, and external authorities to maintain full compliance.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly remittances for SSS, HDMF, PHIC & BIR.
• SSS PRN for Contribution & Loans.
• SPA for PHIC, BIR1601C & BIR1603 (Quarterly).
• HDMF remittance list report and MCL generation for contribution & loans.
