Job Description
The University of Oulu is looking for a Doctoral Researcher in Space Physics and Astronomy to join the Finnish Centre of Excellence in Space Resilience. You will study global changes in the ionosphere-thermosphere system induced by geomagnetic storms.
This position requires a strong background in data-driven modeling and offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team across national institutes. The position is fixed term for 4 years starting on 1st September 2026 or shortly thereafter.
Salary ranges from approximately β¬ monthly, before taxes, with a trial period of 6 months.
