Your job
The Department of Physical geography is looking for a highly motivated PhD candidate with a background in hydrology, water resources management, environmental sciences, agronomy or other appropriate fields. You will work on the project “Feedbacks and agency in future water use” as part of the EMBRACER project.
Rising population numbers and economic growth are the cause of increased water withdrawal from rivers, lakes and groundwater. Combined with climate change, this can cause water scarcity, groundwater depletion and ecosystem deterioration.
