About Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital

In response to the health care needs of a growing community, in 1977, Corewell opened a new 189-bed hospital on rural farmland in Troy. Scope of Work

Provides technical assistance in the documentation and clarification of medication history lists under the direction of the pharmacist. Processes, enters, and interprets physician/nurse medication histories, under the direction of the pharmacist, and completes full history documentation in computerized system.
