**Job Summary:**

The Pharmacy Talent Acquisition Partner (PTAP) leads market-specific strategies to drive pharmacist hiring and build sustainable talent pipelines. They support Walgreens’ employer brand by advancing regional pharmacist recruitment efforts and partners closely with field operations leaders as a trusted advisor, aligning hiring strategies with business needs and sourcing diverse, market-relevant talent.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Develop diversity-focused pharmacist recruitment action plans, including quarterly return on investment analysis, review of overall effectiveness and success of recruiting plans, diversity and early talent program impact, school and partnership data.
+ Provides ongoing talent analysis for hiring centers by sharing pharmacist market trends and insights, reviewing workforce planning, turnover/exit data, and competitive analysis.
