Primary purpose of the job Providing proper patient care as per GPP (Good pharmacy practise) regulations Administrative Liaison between Medipost and Haemalife Status management: Track and communicate the status of claims and deliveries from dispatch to delivery confirmations. Interpret status for Haemalife clinical staff Manage stat 20 rejections Address/Alternative address. Adding or removal of alternative addresses or any additional instruction from the patient/practice. RIP patients. Remove all dates & templates, log collections for items to be returned, close profiles. Access & interpret patient profiles & action diaries for Haemalife staff on request.
