Job Description
Take charge of pharmacy operations at Loblaw as the Pharmacy Operations Supervisor, ensuring timely prescription delivery and positive patient interactions.
Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Operations, you will oversee the receiving and dispensing of prescriptions while leading a team effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining inventory levels and providing exceptional counseling services to patients. Educational outreach and community relations will form a core part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support pharmacy staff daily
• Accurately dispense medications to patients
• Maintain adequate medication inventory for operations
• Engage with patients through excellent counseling
• Drive public health initiatives and education
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and valid Class A license
• At least 3 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
