Key Responsibilities
Support planning, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT and automation projects.
Liaise with users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure system requirements align with operational needs.
Maintain system databases and perform system testing to support pharmacy workflows.
Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports assist in developing data reports and dashboards.
Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct user training.
Support process improvement initiatives and system optimisation.
Requirements
Degree with interest in IT systems, data, or automation.
Proficient in
advanced Excel
(e.g. macros, Power Query).
Knowledge of
SQL or data extraction tools
