UPMC Williamsport is hiring a full-time Pharmacist to support safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy. This position works day shift with evening rotations, with typical hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and includes every third weekend and two holidays per year. Pharmacists are responsible for supporting centralized and decentralized medication-use systems, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives that improve pharmacy practice and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess prior hospital experience and active involvement in clinical rounding as a pharmacist.
