Position Summary
St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Full-Time Inpatient Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients and customers of the medical center. The pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based medication therapy while supporting clinical teams through consultation, medication review, and direct patient care. This role supports inpatient operations during evening hours and collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
