Schedule: Monday–Friday, likely 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Weekend Rotation: None

On-Call: Monday–Friday on-call requirement

Compensation: $150,000–$155,000 base salary range

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Pharmacist to join a growing long-term care pharmacy team. This role will support the second shift / closing shift operation and play a key role in ensuring prescription orders, medication runs, clinical review, and pharmacy operations are completed accurately and on time.
