Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plant Operations: Manage daily manufacturing activities and resource allocation
- Production Planning: Develop schedules to meet demand and delivery targets
- Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory standards
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop production teams
- Safety Oversight: Enforce HSE policies and maintain a safe work environment
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering
- Budget Control: Manage operational budgets and optimize costs
- Equipment Management: Oversee equipment performance and maintenance
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical / Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 8–12 years of pharma manufacturing experience, including managerial roles
