für den Tagdienst für unseren vollstationären Pflegebereich.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • verantwortungsvolle Durchführung grundpflegerischer Maßnahmen einschließlich Körperpflege, Nahrungsaufnahme, Mobilisation und Begleitung im Alltag in enger Abstimmung mit den Pflegefachkräften

  • vertrauensvolle und enge Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Pflegeteam

  • Gestaltung eines liebevollen und respektvollen Umfelds mit dem Ziel, die Lebensqualität unserer Bewohner nachhaltig zu fördern

    • IHR PROFIL:

  • eine landesrechtlich geregelte Assistenz- oder Helferausbildung in der Pflege (z. B. Pflegefachhelfer Altenpflege oder Krankenpflege)
