Job Description

Partner with our Customers to deepen collaboration and execute cluster Category Strategy. Develop and execute a picture of success to improve the quality and quantity of distribution and ultimately Mars and Total Category performance for the Customers in scope.

Responsibilities

• Deliver country Category Vision, focusing on mid long‑term growth opportunities for the category Mars within regional local strategic choices scope – ensuring a triple win for the Shopper, the Customer and Mars.
• Develop, execute and follow through on Shelf/Store of the Future, defining future portfolio needs (focus on assortment and distribution opportunities).
• Work with customers in line with the agreed service agreement per customer (Category Captaincy Roadmap).
• Increase Net Sales covered by category captaincy following the customer collaboration framework deployment.
