Role: Pet Health Advisor (PHA) – a fresh, modern way of managing the client journey in our clinic.
Location: Vets4Pets Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh

The essentials
Hours: 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Typically this looks like:
Sunday 10–4
Flexibility, rota changes and absence cover are part of the role.
Overtime: expected
Pay: Starting salary £12.71/hr, expected increase after training and with performance (we aim for 6 months but this can vary) followed by annual salary reviews together which are performance based.
