This role oversees all crew members, regulatory compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and crew logistics to ensure vessels are properly staffed with qualified personnel at all times. The position functions as the central point of coordination between company leadership, vessel captains, and crew members, ensuring efficient personnel management and operational continuity across the fleet.
