The Job   

The Personal Shopper will ensure a world-class shopping experience by facilitating the sale of luxury items to a global clientele in the FAO Schwarz Flagship Store. As a Personal Shopper, you will offer advice and guidance on products, process purchases, utilize the full scope of our omnichannel offerings, and cultivate an exceptional VIP guest experience. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills, embody a guest-first mentality, and problem solve to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.  

The ideal candidate is a resourceful, charismatic, and energetic brand ambassador who can drive business in support of an existing client book. This is a crucial, supportive role at the front line of our luxury personal shopping business for the FAO Schwarz brand.
