Personal Secretary
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Personal Secretary.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide dedicated administrative and personal support exclusively to the Chairman.
β’ Manage and coordinate the Chairman's daily calendar, meetings, appointments, and reminders.
β’ Arrange and manage travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and other reservations as required.
β’ Conduct online research using Google, AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT), and other reliable sources to gather information and prepare concise summaries.
β’ Prepare, edit, format, and compile professional documents, letters, and reports using Microsoft Word.
β’ Create and maintain basic Excel spreadsheets for data collection, tracking, and reporting.
β’ Organize and maintain electronic and physical records, ensuring documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
