Personal Secretary
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Personal Secretary.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and maintain the Chairman's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
β’ Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
β’ Prepare reports, presentations, letters, minutes of meetings, and other business documents.
β’ Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.
β’ Liaise with senior executives, board members, clients, government authorities, and business partners on behalf of the Chairman.
β’ Draft professional correspondence and communications.
β’ Coordinate information flow between departments and ensure timely updates to the Chairman
