Responsibilities

• Selling new business and cross selling
• Providing service to personal lines clients
• Providing customers with prompt service by providing advice, discussing customer concerns, and including but not limited to walk-ins, emails, and phone calls
• Understanding of insurance coverage options, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations
• Understanding of basic marketing principles and tactics
