Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of personal injury matters including auto accidents, slip & falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases * Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel * Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other case documentation * Draft demand packages, correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents * Monitor deadlines, court filings, and case progression * Assist attorneys with trial preparation, mediation, and settlement coordination * Maintain accurate case files and updates within the case management system Qualifications: * 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience preferred * Experience handling catastrophic injury and complex personal injury matters is a plus * Strong understanding of personal injury pre-litigation and/or litigation processes * Expe...
