The Role

The successful Personal Injury Lawyer will manage a varied portfolio of claimant personal injury matters, predominantly employer’s liability and public liability claims, alongside road traffic accident and disease cases. You will handle files from inception through to settlement, including both pre‑litigated and litigated matters, ensuring cases progress efficiently and in line with MOJ Portal and Civil Procedure Rules requirements.
