Description
As a Personal Care Assistant, it is necessary that you fulfill the following responsibilities to the best of your ability, in accordance with Agency policy and procedure, and as determined by your Agency Assignment.
+ Function within your knowledge and experience, practicing safely and competently within PCP/HM training and experience.
+ Demonstrate appropriate interpersonal communication with client, caregiver, and employeesPerform and demonstrate competency with personal care assignments and tasks for which you have had training and experience and as assigned by the Services Consultant:
+ Basic First Aide
+ Infection control measures
+ Proper body mechanics
+ Environmental cleanliness and safety
