In-Home Aide provide Level I-Level II Care

May perform 2 Activities of Daily Living (ADL’S)

Mission Statement: To provide services, intergenerational activities, and opportunities to the elderly and disabled adults of Ashe County that enhance their dignity and help them maintain their independence at home.

Desirable Education and Experience/Requirements Graduation from high school and some experience as a caregiver or non-certified aide in a nursing home, hospital, home care agency or rest home; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must not be listed on the Health Care Personnel Registry with concerns/problems/issues per the guidelines/regulations of the Health Care Personnel Registry. Possession of a valid N.C.driver’s license. A reliable vehicle for travel to and from client homes.
