+ Consistently demonstrates professionalism and genuine courtesy behaviors with every customer interaction
+ Conducts themselves in a professional manner that fosters a positive work environment
+ Actively participates in one on ones with management and in group meetings
+ Supports all areas of the branch, other branches and the bank when needed
+ Assists customer needs in all channels including the teller line, branch lobby, online, email, by mail and by phone
